Shipping is free on every order, with tracking included.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If there's a delay, we'll let you know by email.
Delivery times
- Items shipping from our US warehouses: about 5–8 days.
- Items shipping from overseas: about 8–20 days.
Each product page shows an estimated delivery window. Delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during holidays or because of customs delays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates can take 1–3 business days to appear.
Damaged, lost, or delayed packages
If your package arrives damaged, goes missing, or is well past its estimated delivery window, email us at support@ttmittens.com with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. See our Return and refund policy for details.
